All across America there are folks who wake up to thoughts of a hot cup of coffee, hot buttered toast, maybe even bacon and eggs, to get them up and running. There are also folks who prefer having breakfast beyond their own four walls and so they head out to their favorite diner or coffee shop to join other like-minded people and perhaps enjoy their company while someone else does the cooking.
