A cappuccino is a style of coffee which is made by combining espresso and steamed milk. It is considered one of the most difficult coffees to prepare, and baristas require a certain amount of skill to produce a quality cup. The earliest recorded usage of the word cappuccino only dates back to 1948, but it is known that the beverage was being enjoyed in Italy during the early 1900's.
